Getting the right product in the right amount to the right place at the right time isn’t easy. Making it happen, especially with global projects, in the post pandemic world, has got a lot harder.

Bricks and mortar retailers have seen footfall levels drop and as many doors on the high street close for the last time the need is greater now more than ever, to convert every single sales opportunity, while minimising the commercial risk of over-inventory.

Conversely, the surge in online sales has left many struggling to keep pace with the levels of demand.

Businesses need to change and fast. 

This means the reshaping of supply chains, a brave approach to restructuring processes and knowing which new technology to back and which one to bin – before you start.

My ambition to drive sales and reduce costs by creating simple and cost-effective solutions has led me to managing global projects that require the re-shaping of supply chains, restructuring of both businesses and processes whilst harnessing the potential of technology to serve all of these solutions.

Yellow Dog is my mission to pull together a joined-up and flexible offering of the best, most experienced network of experts in digital business transformation, trading, and technology. Independent thinkers who can turn on a sixpence, innovate and simplify a business so that it runs more efficiently and makes bigger, better profits.
